Choose the model that fits your budget
All-inclusive
A fixed monthly fee per worker, and one invoice every month.
The fee covers every item agreed in the contract, and any new or changed government fees apply as set out in the contract. Your budget is clear from day one.
Cost plus fee
A fixed monthly management fee, with government and insurance costs passed through at cost when they fall due.
You receive a monthly invoice for the fixed fee and separate invoices for variable costs as they fall due (iqama, work permit, medical insurance, tickets…). Nominally cheaper and more transparent, but more than one invoice.

Always on you
- Workers' housing and transport
- Airport pickup (for recruitment from abroad)
- Day-to-day supervision and task assignment
- Reporting overtime and absences to us before the payroll cut-off
- Responsibility for damage and injuries at your work site
- Keeping your Nitaqat band at Medium Green or above
The contract states what is bundled into the monthly fee and what is invoiced when due. An advance payment is made at signing, settled against the final invoice or refunded at the end of the contract.
You choose the term in the request for sponsorship transfers and project staffing; it is confirmed in the quotation and contract.

Government sponsorship transfer fees are paid by your company.
The service is for companies in the Medium Green Nitaqat band or above; if your band drops, existing permits continue until they expire and are not renewed.
