Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Intelligent Administration website (iagroup.me) collects, how we use and protect it, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.

Who we are

Intelligent Administration (الإدارة الذكية) is the trade name of a group of registered Saudi entities providing HR and government-platform management, accounting, employee outsourcing and contracting services; the iagroup.me website and its forms are operated under the group name. The entities responsible for processing your data, depending on the service you request, are:

  • Human resources: Idara Thakiya Commercial Company (شركة إدارة ذكية التجارية)
  • Employee outsourcing: Idarat Thakiya Mutaqaddima for Commercial Services Company (شركة إدارات ذكية متقدمة للخدمات التجارية)
  • Accounting: IA Accounting Company (شركة آي إيه اكاونتينج)
  • Contracting: Al-Imara Al-Mu'aththira Contracting Establishment (مؤسسة العمارة المؤثرة للمقاولات)

When you contact us through the general form or info@iagroup.me, Idara Thakiya Commercial Company is the entity responsible for your data until your request is referred to the relevant entity.

What we collect

  • Contact and quote forms: your name, company name, mobile number, email address and what you write in the message; for quote requests, your company details and the services you select.
  • Intelligent Administration calculators: what you enter is calculated inside your browser and is not sent to us. We only record how many times each calculator is used, with no personal data or entered figures.
  • Browsing data: we count visits to each page, the general source of the visit (search engine, social media or direct) and the device type in an aggregated counter on our own server, with no cookies and no IP addresses stored. When Google Analytics is enabled, aggregated data about pages, device and browser type and approximate city is collected with IP addresses anonymised.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your request and provide the quote or service you asked for.
  • To contact you about your request by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • To improve the website and understand which pages and calculators are most useful.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Who has access

  • The Intelligent Administration team handling your request.
  • Our hosting provider , which hosts the website and email.
  • Formspree (United States): a backup service that receives a form only if it cannot be sent from our own servers, under its privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics , when enabled, for aggregated browsing data under Google's privacy policy.

Cookies

The website needs no cookies to work. Visitor analytics, if enabled, uses aggregated analytics cookies; you can block them in your browser settings or enable "Do Not Track", which the website respects.

Retention

We keep request data while we are in contact about it and for no more than two years afterwards for reference or regulatory requirements, after which it is deleted. Aggregated browsing data is deleted automatically within 14 months.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what data we hold about you, request a copy, correct it, ask for its deletion, object to its processing or withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@iagroup.me and we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Security

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), form submissions go only to our official mailbox, and only authorised staff can access them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the regulations change; the date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
